Register your facilities through C-TECH

FEES

Free FDA food facility registration, if you select C-TECH as “US agent” and pay first year’s fee in full.

Fees for having C-TECH as “US agent” for propose of “FDA food facility registration” in compliance with “The Bioterrorism Act of 2002”

First year: (2003-2004): $399 for the first facility, $99 for each additional facility under the same company. Fee is due and payable no later than ten days after the completion of the facility registration with FDA.

Annual fee after 2004:  $299 for the first facility, $99 for each additional facility under the same company. The fee for each subsequent calendar year is due no later than the 15^th of January of the year. All fees shall be paid in US Currency by check or bank wire transfer.
